Open Tuesday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm

Dogs are full of personality and emotions, so we treat each one as a unique individual. We tailor our schedule and manage our indoor pens carefully to create a smooth, engaging day where dogs feel comfortable, cared for, and excited.

    • Dogs treated as unique individuals based on age, size, temperament, and energy

    • Gentle introductions and use of individual pens for new dogs

    • Continuous monitoring and dynamic grouping throughout the day

    • Trained staff maintain a 1:15 staff-to-dog ratio

    • Supervision during all play and activities to ensure safety and wellbeing

    • Socialisation with new dogs, humans, environments, smells, textures, and toys

    • Mental stimulation through puzzles, training games, and interactive toys

    • Physical exercise including running, jumping, playing, and using play equipment

    • Scheduled quiet times to maintain rest and learning calm behaviour.

    • Builds confidence, social skills, trainability, and reduces stress and boredom

    • Text updates and photos keep you connected on your dog’s first day - then you will be invited to join our personal Westford Co. family Facebook group to see every dog posted!

    • Each visit includes a detailed report card outlining your dog’s activities and behaviour

    • Emergency contact must be available for early pickup if needed

    • All toys, beds, gates, floors, and fences are cleaned with disinfectant at the end of each day

    • Strict vaccination policies with thorough record-keeping to ensure every dog’s health

    • Professional and rigorous waste management to maintain cleanliness and hygiene

    • Regular cleaning and sanitising throughout the day to keep the environment safe and healthy
